E-Referral Service for GP

Charter Medical Private Hospital using e-referral system in junction with Clan William and Health Link. GP practices can email referral letters electronically to Charter Medical Private Hospital. This provides a fast safe way of sending referral letters and reduces administration time in the GP Practice.

• Standardised referral form for easier consultant triaging of referred patient
• GP is able to upload full laboratory and radiology medical records within referral document

You can send a referral during the consultation with the patient through the following software packages Helix, Socrates and Health Practice Manager, the referral is sent through HealthLink which has a long-standing track record in Irish Healthcare as a safe and efficient delivery system of patient information.
